10 Funniest Romantic One Liners Ever

Movies and books are practically the holy bible to find numerous  romantic and funny one liners. Some one liners are idiotic yet funny, while others are just too cute that they make it look like it’s fun. From all the romantic and funny one liners, these 10 are surely amazing and adorable.

  1. “You Had Me at Hello”

This is one of the funniest romantic lines you will ever witness. When Jerry (acted by Tom Cruise) confesses his enduring love for Dorothy (acted by Renee Zellweger), Dorothy simply replied back to Jerry saying, “You had me at Hello”.

  1. “Do you believe in love at first sight? Or should I walk by again?”

You can simply blame me for mentioning this cheesy line, but come-on, you would definitely LOL on this one even if you heard it 20 times before. Try it on someone, you might not get Jerry Maguire reply, but you can surely get a sarcastic smile. Save it!

  1. “I’m glad he’s single because I ‘m going to climb that tree like a tree”

Wow! You really must be something to get the response from a woman, especially when the lady is Melissa Macatney. That’s the line she blurts out when she realizes that the person with Annie (acted by Kristen Wiig) is single in the movie Bridesmaids.

  1. “Well, here I am. What are your other two wishes?”

Not sure if you must admire this line or just laugh at it. I remember a friend who used it on his new neighbor, no wonder he scored a date even though it didn’t last more than 20 minutes. Give it up for this super cheesy pick-up line.

  1. “Life without you is like a broken pencil…pointless.”

You might not use this with strangers, but why not try it on your girlfriend? Maybe when she is annoyed and things between you both may not be going on so well. Just take some precaution before you shoot out this one liner. Keep a safe distance between yourself and your partner, in case it didn’t work 😛

  1. “What makes you think this is my first time?”

Not that great when you hear it coming from James bond, as a gesture that he might have had a variety of sexual experiences. This line he spoke when he was tied to a chair and Raoul says, “There’s always a first time” and flummoxed Bond reverts by saying, “What makes you think this is my first time?”

Here’s a one liner to spray on your doctor..

  1. “Something’s wrong with my eyes, because I can’t take them off you.”

Doctors are really humorous and spontaneous and I sincerely hope your doctor takes a better dig and replies, “I am also a surgeon and I can put your eyes to good use.” 😀

  1. “Miss Anders… I didn’t recognize you with your clothes on”

Another pretty good one liner from bond memoir. Roger Moore, in the classic The Man with Golden Gun, whispers this line to Andrew Anders (Played by Maud Adams)

  1. “Nobody puts Baby in a corner”

One of the best one liners of the classics, Remembering the cool and sexy guy, Johnny Castle (acted by Patrick Swayze) in Dirty Dancing.

  1. “Mrs. Robinson, you are trying to seduce me. Aren’t you?”

Another sexy one liner from the movie The Graduate. Benjamin Braddock, a talented aimless graduate student is seduced by Mrs. Robinson, he speaks out this line. Now, those really were some sexy legs of the 70’s!
