Professor Michael Holick of Boston University School of medicine has said that sunlight is essential and good for health as it makes our bones healthy and is also a rich source of calcium too. It protects humans from serious and lethal diseases such as osteoporosis, type II diabetes and even cancers too.

On an average, 10 minutes of sunlight a day is good for our immune system and human body as a whole. Sunlight also cheers up our mood by balancing the level of hormone inside us. Waking up early in the morning and a few minutes of jogging and exercise is a sheer bliss of life.
